A coupleof questions.

I assume the new BCRA rules on electioneering communications also apply
to caucuses.  By that, does the 30 day presumption before a primary also
apply to 30 days before a caucus?

Second, how does BCRA affect the practice of the national parties
transferring money to state parties (usually soft money)and then state
parties recycling it back to the national parties?
