Lowenstein & Hasen casebook (Election Law--Cases and Materials (2d
ed 2001) in their classes. The 2004 Supplement (January) is now
available at this link:

It may be downloaded and distributed to free of charge to students who
have purchased the casebook. All other redistribution is prohibited
without the permission of the authors.
In addition to the material covered in the 2003 supplement, the
Supplement includes extensive coverage of the Supreme Court's recent
decision in McConnell v. Federal Election Commission,
considering the constitutionality of the major provisions of the
Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002.
