<x-flowed>I received this message from Reed Witherby: A three-judge district court in Massachusetts issued decisions this afternoon in two consolidated cases that challenged Massachusetts House districts on minority vote dilution grounds.  In the Black Political Task Force case, the court found minority vote dilution in Boston and gave the Legislature six weeks to enact a new plan.  In the Meza case, the court ruled for the defense but postponed its memorandum of decision.
