Does anyone have a citation for the Calif. State Court
of Appeals decision Louis J. Hoffman v State Bar of
California?  I don't have access to westlaw or lexis,
and I can't find it in the Cal Rptr or Pacific, and
the official reports book isn't published yet for
decisions dated November 21, 2003 or thereabouts.
