Since Rick asked, yes, the FEC's meeting the 13th is open to the public, and will be held in our 9th floor hearing room at the FEC, 999 E Street, adjacent to the ever-popular Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Washington.  It will begin at 10 am.  I don't think we will know about C-SPAN coverage until probably Wednesday.
