Ralph Nader filed two election lawsuits today (July
27).  He sued Illinois over its independent
presidential petition deadline of June 21 (3rd
earliest in the nation; prior to 1999, Illinois'
deadline was in August, and before 1967 it was in
September).  And he sued Michigan, claiming that his
faction of the Reform Party is the legal faction.
