San Francisco elections department has prepared a
sample ballot for this November's election for city
office.  This is an interesting ballot since it is an
instant-runoff voting ballot.  Technically, it's a
"demonstration" ballot, not a sample ballot, since the
candidates listed are not bona fide candidates
("Eleanor Roosevelt", etc.).

A picture of this ballot is in the August 1, 2004
Ballot Access News.  I'll send a copy in the postal
mail to anyone on this list who asks me for one.  Just
