Hi,

I live in Riverside, California and I just
witnessed the Logic and Accuracy “test” that was
held
in my county. Among other things that went wrong,
the
following occurred

- The central tabulation software crashed at least
four times (the registrar of voters has tried to
cover
this up in the press)

- The public observers were not allowed to check to
see if the memory cartridges, used to hold the data,
were empty before the test started.

-The test was held in a special test mode. The
election will be held with different settings than
the
test was conducted with.

-The observers were not allowed to see the actual
input into the system.

You can download the report on the test from my
website:
www.exit.com/RiversideVoteTest/November04LAT.pdf

Please read through my report and pass it along to
anyone who might be interested.

Thanks,
Jeremiah Akin
