According to Roll Call, it was the narrowest Electoral College margin
since Woodrow Wilson, and the narrowest popular vote margin (2000
notwithstanding) since 1976.

I have read that Bush's margin was the narrowest of any sitting 
president since Woodrow Wilson in 1916.  Does anyone happen 
to know if
