The Sacramento Bee offers this
report.
The Washington Post offers this
report. See also this New
York Times report.
The Cleveland Plain Dealer offers this
report,
which begins: "A labor-backed group unhappy with Ohio's new campaign
finance law filed the necessary paperwork Thursday to try to overturn
it in November. Criticism of the law centers on the quadrupling of
limits on most donations from $2,500 to $10,000. Critics argue that the
change will send more money into a political system already awash in
corruption."
Howard collects the links here.
With the new information, I now believe a court-ordered revote is
within the realm of the possible.
