This morning, the US Supreme Court's web page (docket)
showed that on Thursday, Feb. 17, the court had
requested the Oregon Secretary of State to respond to
Ralph Nader's cert petition.  The case is 04-872.  The
case had been on conference on Friday, Feb. 18, and
there was no order for it today.

But now, late in the afternoon, the entry on the US
Supreme Court's webpage that the court requested a
response from Oregon has been erased, or taken down,
or vanished.

Fortunately the attorney for the Oregon Secretary of
State saw the entry this morning also, and she also
noted that it had vanished in the afternoon, or
otherwise I would think I might have been dreaming.
