Regarding the recent posts on felon disenfranchisement, some may find
this source useful. It's an undergraduate thesis, but thoughtfully
done (writes the supervisor).
I don't know if this is obtainable via interlibrary loan, but folks in
the "Summit" system (Northwest colleges and universities) can obtain
this.
