<x-flowed>I am at the beginning stages of posting information on early voting from my current research on the web.  For now, I'm just updating a blog.
We are collecting non-precinct voting rates nationwide, and are pretty much done, except for some states which have not certified their absentee ballot rates or tell us that there is no statewide figures available, and we have to go county by county.
