Election Reform Task Force and its final set of
recommendations.  However, the description of these
recommendations is incomplete in the source that Rick
linked to.  The Task Force had 24 recommendations, not
6.  Among those not mentioned by the source Rick
linked to is one recommending easier ballot access for
minor parties and independent candidates.  This
recommendation passed 12-0 with one abstention.
