I believe this subject was raised before on this list, but looking through the archives did not generate any hits. What states allow for challenges by election officials to voters at the polls? In particular, I am looking at citizenship requirements, and how naturalized citizens are treated. This is related to the issue that Dan Tokaji first raised. < http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/electionlaw/docs/SubHB3Test-SenRules.pdf> Thanks, Krishna
