If anyone would like a copy of my article in the new
Fordham Urban Law Journal on federal court behavior on
ballot access during 2004, e-mail me privately.  50
copies were mailed to me a week ago by Fordham's
printer.  UPS still hasn't delivered them, but I trust
eventually they will arrive.
