Questioning Judge Alito on Voting Rights

The New York Times lists voting rights as one of the main areas for Senate Judiciary Committee inquiry as the Alito hearings begin. I certainly hope so. One hopeful sign: Democrats have listed Sam Issacharoff as one of their witnesses at the hearing. Meanwhile, Scott Turow suggests on the NY Times oped page that Judge Alito be questioned about Bush v. Gore.
