Glenn Miller, the white supremacist candidate for
Congress in Missouri, tells me that on May 31, the US
District Court in Springfield, Missouri, issued a
ruling that says parties have an implicit right to
exclude candidates from their own primaries, if the
candidate's beliefs don't fit within that party. No
Missouri statute gives parties this authority. I feel
this is probably an important ruling and I will post
more after I get a copy of the opinion. The case is
Miller v Secretary of State of Missouri, 06-5032, US
Dist Ct, western dist., Springfield.
