<x-flowed>The good folks in the IT department at Penn Law School will be placing the recording of tomorrow's 3:00 PM (eastern time) conference call on the web.   It will be available at www.law.upenn.edu so if you do not make it on to the call, you can listen to it on the web a half hour after the conversation concludes.

As with yesterday's conference call I will be taking questions from listeners.  You can email them to me beforehand or during the call.  Obviously, if the decision comes down on Thursday, we will move the call to Thursday.

Confirmed participants on the call include
Heather Gerken, Yale Law School
Sam Issacharoff, NYU Law School
Rick Pildes, NYU Law School
Guy Uriel-Charles, Minnesota Law School
Gerry Hebert, Campaign Legal Center
Dan Lowenstein, UCLA Law School
Rick Hasen, Loyola Law School
Nate Persily, Penn Law School

I am still tracking down a few other folks who may participate.  As with the previous call, the dial in number will be

1-712-580-1800

The participant code will be

070370
