Thanks to Rick Hasen for making the Republican Party's
brief in the Tom DeLay case available.  Rick noted the
brief's salute to Bush v Gore.  Another notable
characteristic of the brief is it constant,
much-repeated reference to Tom DeLay as a "frivolous
candidate" this year.
