Also worth noting, the group says it’s going to be filing it’s
donors at the end of the next FEC reporting period. That’s October 15, I think
(for the period ending September 30). So this hardly is a “shadow” or “anonymous”
group, it’s just a new group that hasn’t yet hit its first filing deadline. See

How is it illegal for foreign
interests to spend in American elections? Can't they simply incorporate an
American subsidiary to make unlimited independent expenditures?
