SCOTUSBlog:
"The Supreme Court has refused to free the Family PAC ballot
measure organization to raise unlimited funds in the remaining
three weeks before the election in Washington State. The denial of
a plea to vacate a Ninth Circuit Court stay came in a one-sentence
order Tuesday afternoon. The full Court acted after Justice
Anthony M. Kennedy referred the application to it."
