Subject: [EL] Illinois settlement over military ballots

The military ballot settlement seems to provide 2 or 3 additional days for the ballots to be received back by the Illinois election officials, but only one additional day for them to be postmarked. Does the settlement provide the relief that is really needed or is just window dressing (so that the DOJ can say it is protecting voting rights of military personnel)?
