FYI:  Our firm (including Anne Lewis and Bryan Tyson, already on the listserv) has been directly involved in the cases of Georgia v. Ashcroft (counsel for intervenors); Larios v. Cox (counsel for plaintiffs); and other election law cases. We filed an impasse case related to Georgia’s redistricting efforts in the 1990 cycle. We represented Congressmen John Lewis and Newt Gingrich and other Members of Congress, as amici curiae, during the remedial phase of Johnson v. Miller in 1994.
