In an earlier post on Wednesday Brad Smith noted that the two of  us debated Citizens United at the UMN Law School today.  It was a terrific debate and Brad was too generous in saying I "cleaned his clock."  I think it was a very even debate that was rigorous and fun.  The best part was the 100+ students who attended and asked great questions.  We need more debates like this in school, Congress, and on this listserv.  I hope the students came for the intellectual feast and not simply the free lunch!
