In the Montana Shrugged suit, there are six counts, only one of which overlaps with the state court decision. TheMontana AG has already made it clear that he is appealing the state court decision [pdf], hence why we included the challenge to the expenditure ban. The five other counts were not addressed there, including a challenge to the corporate contribution ban as well as two different challenges to political committee reporting, among others. The complaint is available here [pdf]. So, no, the issues raised have not been resolved.

Jim Bopp has brought this suit, but I would have thought that the issue was already resolved in his client's favor by the recent state court case.
