  Pretend you get to articulate a standard for coordination, that  
sorts out independent political activity from that attributed to a  
campaign/party (and thus a contribution to it).  What would it be?   
This is a real world-y question - so sodium pentathol or Ouiji boards  
should probably not be a part of your proposal.  Obviously there are  
tradeoffs - in clarity, administrability, and efficacy.
