Frickey Symposium Issue of California Law Review Now Available

In addition to the excellent scholarship in this issue produced in Professor Frickey's honor, it also includes this posthumous essay by Frickey himself, who passed away after a battle with cancer at way too young an age. The debt that the field of Legislation owes to him is immeasurable, and I know from personal experience that he was a man of great kindness and generosity to more junior colleagues.
