Miller to End Opposition to Murkowski Certification, But to Continue Litigating

UPDATE: Here is Miller's amended federal court complaint, raising causes of actions under the Elections Clause (that election officials usurped the power of the state legislature to choose the rules for congressional elections), and two equal protection claims. I don't expect these claims to succeed, and especially so once Murkowski is seated in the Senate.
