In addition to tossing out three Supreme Court justices and replacing the very highly regarded Mike Mauro as secretary of state with a 31-year-old determined to make us all show photo ID, Iowa may soon be returning to lifelong disfranchisement of felons, as reported in this Des Moines Register story.
