| The hearing in the 6th circuit in that contested Ohio partisan judicial race, Hunter v Hamilton Co Bd of Elections, which is being so well-covered by Ned Foley and also Rick Hasen, is at 5 pm Thursday (today). Those of you who are interested in it might already have known that. The judges are two Clinton appointees (Karen Moore and R. Guy Cole) and a Bush Jr appointee (John M. Rogers). They are the same 3 judges who stayed the US District Court order two days ago. |
