"Court Hears Challenge to Voting Rights Act"

The Washington Post offers this report on today's Shelby County case. The AP reports as well that the judge expressed skepticism about whether the coverage formula of the Act is outdated. (This of course is not a new question.) AP also reports that Sam Bagenstos argued the case for the government, and so the case couldn't be in more capable hands.
