I believe that the Connecticut report is here.  (All of the decisions for the last few years are here, and a search engine -- albeit somewhat spotty -- is here.) 

The main page also catalogs a wide variety of reports thoroughly investigating other election-related issues, large and small, with some intriguing follow-up to lots of other election-related assertions.
