An OpenSecrets page, http://www.opensecrets.org/527s/527cmtes.php?level=S&cycle=2010, reports that union 527s spent about $62M on the 2010 election, but it doesn’t separately list corporate spending, nor is it clear that the union spending consists of general treasury funds.  Does anyone know of better statistics on total corporate and union spending in 2010?  Many thanks,
