Subject: [EL] Data on state and local enforcement of campaign finance laws

I’m looking for any useful data on state and local enforcement of campaign finance laws (both disclosure and limits laws).  In particular, I’m hoping to find how many (and what kind of) violations are alleged & resolved by administrative agencies, courts, etc., with what kinds of penalties.  Can anyone point me to either a data clearinghouse or any empirical studies that might save me the 50-state search?

Many thanks,

Bill Sherman
