Subject: [EL] Census Bureau adjusts Virginia's population counts

Yesterday, the Census Bureau adjusted the population counts for Virginia to
correct for an error in assigning population associated with the Norfolk
Naval Station to a census block three miles away from the base. This error
affected a little less than 20,000 people. A link to the letter from the
Census Bureau to the Norfolk mayor, which includes adjusted population
counts for the affected districts, is available here:
