The Nevada suit is Guy v. Miller, No. 11-OC-000421B (Nevada state
court), complaint here.
You can also add Texas (Teuber v. Texas, No. 04:11-cv-00059 (E.D.
Tex.), complaint here)
to the list.
There were also cases already resolved in Oklahoma (Duffee v. State
Question 748, No. O-109127 (Okla. Sup. Ct.), docket here)
and Virginia (Carter v. Virginia Board of Elections, No. 3:11-cv-7
(W.D. Va.), opinion here),
though each was dismissed on procedural grounds, and might well
reappear in a different forum.
I've been tracking (and will continue to track) redistricting
litigation this cycle, and in about two-three weeks, will have a
website up with the cases, and a whole bunch of additional
information about the process, to complement Doug's excellent
overview site here
and Mike's excellent overview site here...
