The Case That Ned Foley Called "the Most Significant Application" of Bush v. Gore Rejected for En Banc Consideration by Sixth Circu

Following up on Ned's post, the front page of Election Law @ Moritz now reads: "he 6th Circuit this afternoon (3/29) issued a one-page order in Hunter v. Board of Hamilton County Board of Elections denying the petitions for a rehearing en banc, determining that the issues raised in the petitions were fully considered upon the original submission and decision of the cases.
