The Arizona law only relates to presidential nominees of ongoing political parties. Newly-qualifying parties don't need to bother submitting their presidential nominee's long-form birth certificate. Neither do independent presidential nominees, or write-in presidential candidates. Does anyone think this violates equal protection? |
