Hi all,
I wanted to share with you the live webstream of today's Brennan Center for Justice symposium, Accountability After Citizens United. Our final panel, The First Amendment Rights of Associations and Individuals, just started.

Here is some more information about the event:
Over a year after Citizens United, new and secret money has flooded into our political system. New federal campaign reforms are not likely to be passed any time soon.
What “pressure points” exist to bring new accountability to the role of money in politics?
Can we look to regulatory agencies — from the Federal Election Commission to the Securities and Exchange Commission, IRS or state governments — to press for accountability? What role should shareholders play? And are First Amendment rules needed to ensure that corporations and other associations remain accountable to their members — and the public at large?
This exciting day-long symposium convenes top experts from law, academia, business and government to explore this terrain. Speakers include FEC chair Cynthia Bauerly, former Delaware Chancellor William T. Allen of the NYU Center for Law and Business, Professor Frances Hill of the University of Miami School of Law, and Professor John Coates of Harvard Law School. Video of the entire day's event will be available on YouTube next week.
