Interesting Eighth Circuit Opinion Holding that Laws Regulating False Campaign Speech in Ballot Measure Elections Subject to Strict Scutiny

See the opinion in 281 Care Committee v. Arneson. The court also declines to hold that false campaign speech is unprotected speech under the First Amendment.
