Hi all:

Today Rick Hasen on his election law blog gives a shout out to a piece by one of election law students at the UMN.



The piece is:  Cory Kalanick  “Note, Blowing Up the Pipes: The Use of (c)(4) to Dismantle Campaign Finance Reform."  It is in the current issue of the University of Minnesota Law Review.


Cory wrote the paper for me last fall, 2010, in my election law class. I am grinning ear-to-ear.  The joy of a (former) student doing well is what makes teaching so great.
