I can see on the election calendar that democratic presidential primaries are scheduled in different states. Hence my question, from Canada: will there be or not democratic presidential primaries? How come some primaries are not binding? I can’t seem to find answers in the usual text books or websites...
 Thanks
 Elisabeth
