Caution: in CA election vocabulary, "100% reporting" is a long ways from "100% counted." There are still an undetermined number of vote by mail and absentee ballots left to count (but likely in the four-figures or low five-figures). In recent statewide elections 15% or more of votes were counted after 100% reporting was announced. So the #2 spot is not yet decided.
