[EL] Artur Davis on election fraud

To be fair, there's a fairly extraordinary record of absentee fraud, with
convictions, there. Anyone equipped with Google can find lots of
convictions. If I were an enterprising reporter, I would ask him about the
"wholesale manufacture of ballots, at the polls".
