[EL] Redistricting special sessions

I was wondering whether anyone on the list had done research or
compiled information regarding state legislatures going into special
or extraordinary session to complete redistricting plans.  I have
looked at the Rose Institute report and the Brennan Center's Citizen's
Guide, as well as Justin Levitt's website, but have yet to find
anything that might tally special sessions for redistricting.
