[EL] Question Re Data Regarding Local Redistrictings

I would appreciate any input on the following question:

Apart from DOJ submissions by covered jurisdictions under Section 5, are
there any systematic attempts to collect information/data on local
redistrictings either by state governments, public interest organizations,
or social scientists in any State?  By "data" I mean both
process/transparency-related data, as well as submissions, proposed maps or
adopted maps.   So far, I have found no such compilations; nor has anyone
else I asked.
