That story doesn't have much, if anything, to do with the postal worker story.

City officials objected to a sign with a photoshopped image of the president
wearing a diaper saying "I stink" and "It's the Arab spring" -- without
familiarizing oneself with local ordinances and any homeowner rules, it's hard
to comment on whether the objection to the sign was within bounds or out of
bounds.
