I don't see how James' example has any relationship to "forced" campaign finance disclosure since the Tea Party group in the example he has given publishes its mailing address on the web site, which is not required by the FEC.
I am also curious... these types of mailing campaigns are fairly common in politics. James, have you ever publicly criticized a Republican group or politician for engaging in or encouraging similar types of "harassment"?
