[EL] Nebraska Campaign Finance Act struck down

A couple private emails indicate the link isn't working.  Odd, it works for me.  Anyway, the case is State ex rel. Bruning v. Gale. 284 Neb. 257 (Aug. 3, 2012). This decision from last week by the Nebraska Supreme Cout, http://www.supremecourt.ne.gov/opinions/2012/august/aug3/s11-933.pdf, striking down Nebraska's government-funded election system on constitutional grounds, seems to have escaped notice, but may be of interest to persons on this list.
